【红茶馆户外】2019攀登那玛峰

C1前往路线起点的碎石坡以及岩壁部分，和商业队领队交流得知现在起点部分的那个坡上没有雪而我们没有带冰锥，这样一来我们无法在冰坡顶端做保护站，经过协商我们决定使用他们的绳索攀登。大家约好凌晨2点出发攀登。这也算是这次活动的一点小小的遗憾，本来计划的自主攀登计划打了一点折扣。下午在山坡上给两位活动讲解了一下要用到的上升和下降操作方法。https://image.135editor.com/files/users/458/4588100/201910/fyPgFf9y_qNxJ.jpg

第五天返回成都，下午抽时间还去了一趟悦来茶馆吃了小郡肝后返回兰州。后记：那玛峰是初级技术山峰，对于领队或向导需要用的技术主要是具备冰壁先锋攀登的能力，保护站的设置，熟练的绳结以及结组技术。队员需要掌握的技能是使用上升器沿绳上升、下降技术、冰/雪坡行走与滑坠制动方法、良好的体能。准备阶段务必考虑全面，比如技术冰镐、冰锥等技术装备需要准备齐全。这是一次很好的攀登实践，也是我第一次自主组织初级技术山峰的攀登活动，在活动中既有成熟成功的地方也有预判不准确准备不足的地方。通过这次攀登活动为下一次自主攀登活动积累了宝贵的经验。附：攀登日程安排，D1草科~贡嘎寺；D2贡嘎寺~C1；D3，C1~登顶~子梅村（贡嘎寺可选择乘坐摩托车返回草科）；D3子梅村~草科；D4草科~成都~返回。
